Photography that captures the crowds at a trade show, expo, conference or convention proves invaluable to the organizers of the event, as they need to show future exhibitors what kind of traffic the trade show floor boasts. When we photograph trade shows, we take great care to position ourselves at front entrances to capture crowds as they enter, as well as to work with organizers to determine the highest traffic times to shoot the overall trade show floor from a high angle. While we photographed the trade show floor from the catwalk, we found that the duct work blocked many of the best views. This photograph was taken from a window high above the trade show floor, as it provided the best view and angle to show the mid-day crowd on one side of the expo floor.
