Move for Minds Charity Event at Equinox
Equinox in Los Angeles hosted Maria Shriver and her Move for Minds charity for a massive anti-Alzheimer's group exercise event and education panel discussion featuring Christina Ferrari and others. Maria Shriver's charitable organization is dedicated to educating people on how to prevent Alzheimer's disease. Attendees were treated to a massive, multi-instructor exercise classes designed to get different parts of their mind and body working, followed by a discussion by leaders in the field of Alzheimer's prevention.
