The Hillcrest Country Club has long been known as one of the most beautiful country clubs and golf courses in Los Angeles, but it also hosts numerous events, including bar and bat mitzvah parties. This bar mitzvah celebration took place outdoors, with rows of creative dinner food, dessert stations, a red dance floor, and tables that enabled the guests to graze and move around rather than be stuck in one place for a plated meal. Games were set up on one side, near the non-alcoholic bar, while the other side catered to the adult guests. As the party was set against the dark night sky, the red color dance floor and truss lighting added a spectacular element of vibrancy and energy to the decor. Pops of blue against black lounge furniture lent a lovely complement to the reds, ensuring that the decor was in keeping with a bar mitzvah boy's tastes. This event was coordinated by Debi Shapiro.
