Geeta & Rahul were married in a 500-person double-ceremony wedding at the Huntington Beach Hyatt, with a sangeet the night before at Seven Degrees in Laguna Beach. The day started off with an indoor Sikh ceremony, and was followed up by an outdoor Bengali ceremony. With coordination by the amazingly artistic Seema Syed, the day went off without a hitch. With makeup by the always-fabulous Oscar Naranjo, flowers by Flowers By Manjit, catering by Manohar's Delhi Palace and DJ artistry by Parag Shah at Kumba (see photo at this end of this posting).

Zarin & Ryan

Zarin and Ryan were married in Mexico, but I was delighted when their family asked me to shoot their Mehndi at The Center Club in Costa Mesa. Zarin arrived with beautiful glitter mehndi on her hands, and I really enjoyed the few minutes we were able to spend chatting before the festivities started. You've just gotta love a girl who brings M&Ms to her mehndi. Coordinated by the wonderful Seema Syed at Event Diva, with assistance by the uber-cool Style.

The E: Sabrina & Alex

Sabrina and Alex live in London, but we met up for a mini-engagement session while they were stateside for a holiday. I'm thrilled to be shooting this gorgeous couple's wedding in Serbia this coming May.

The E: Simran & Shahrooz

Simran and Shahrooz were were troopers through unexpected dark fog and cold, and I swear that their smiles melted away the gloom. This adorable couple will be married on next year's hot date: 06/07/08. Small world surprise: Talented wedding coordinator Sonia Sharma bumped into us while we were out shooting. The fun part? Sonia is this couple's wedding coordinator. How random is that?

The E: Gaurav & Vijaya

Gaurav and Vijaya will be getting married Thanksgiving weekend. Since I'll be shooting another wedding that weekend, they asked me to do an engagement session for them, and we had a great time tooling around the city.

The E: Jahnvee & Arka

Jahnvee and Arka will be getting married at the La Jolla Women's Club in San Diego on New Year's Eve weekend. Bonus fun: Jahnvee is a talented photographer! Shortly after the wedding, this artistic couple will be be moving to New York. I hope to be able to introduce them to some of my many wonderful NY-based clients (Allison & Matt, Harshna & Mihir, Amy & Paul, Mili & Sharath, Tara & Raj, Madhavi & Vamsi, and all the other wonderful people I'm probably forgetting right now).

The E: Geeta & Rahul

Geeta and Rahul will be married at the Huntington Beach Hyatt later this month. This couple has been great to work with, and I can't wait to see Geeta in her wedding outfit.

The E: Shabana & Hussein

Shabana and Hussein will be married at the LAX Hilton on Thanksgiving weekend. I can't wait for their wedding, because once they're married, they will no longer live in two different states. I'm always sad when my couples live a huge distance apart. Especially when the groom loves his bride as much as Hussein loves Shabana.

The E: Achala & Arul

Achala and Arul will be married at the new Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village this coming December. This is such a sweet couple, and I can't wait to see the decor that Seema Syed at Event Diva will be creating for this wedding.
